basically i'm getting a new case (Chieftec - Blue Dragon Full-Tower DA-01BLD) and im gonna make a window kit with a difference. I'm gonna get two pieces of perspex to create a small hollow in the middle then use a spray system of some kind so that i have water flowing down the inside. Then a bit of UV dye and some CCs etc should look cool.
gonna put some curved perspex inside in the middleso that water flows round it creating a small window in the water so you can see inside the case.
been debating this mod and have come to the conclusion its gonna create a load of noise from teh spashing of water cos i wanted the waterfall not solid water. However my new plan involves a solid water like a fish tank with an air compressor inside whcih blows bubbles up inside it. And bits of plastic to make the bubbles twist around inside the case. Still gonna have a cirlce or 2 of clear where theres no water so you can see inside the case.
just been speaking to deebs and his suggestion has been a denser liquid than water and blow bubbles in it with all the different lights....kindda like a lava lamp :0wn: and get a 2nd pump and turn it into a 2nd system for the window only 8)
have an air vent on teh top with a small tap so i can cut flow when transporting to LANs and tipping etc :mosh:
