View Full Version : Should Mira be/have been forgiven?
Nice Serious discussion topic. Just watched BBC program "discussing" this.
Before or after she died?
no, not for what she did, it is unforgivable, end of story, she was evil, people like her shouldent be allowed to live.

She was an evil person then and although people can change i think she should and gladly did pay for her crime.
What im scared of now is these new powers the EU has, they are trying to take the power away from the home secretary to decide how long someone should stay in jail. I think its insane that the EU can do this, certain ppl should recieve life and really get life. Mira died in jail which is how she should have, Roy Whiting teh guy who killed Sarah payne is also getting a recommended 50yrs in yail by the home secretary.
Mira should rot in hell no matter how many times she repents from the crime she did

I think a person has a right for their sentence to be set by a judge and not the home secretary. He will always act in a biased political manner and not in the interests of justice. Where as a judge will be objective and not be swayed by public opinion.
